Weather delays

If there is one thing you can almost always count on in Alaska it’s some fog or wind. Please be prepared for possible delays coming and going to camp. We generally advise against flying out of Anchorage on the same day you leave camp, but if you do choose to travel beyond Anchorage that same day, please book as late a flight as possible. It’s very rare, but exceptional weather conditions could possibly delay your arrival or departure from camp by a day.
